TAXI CUSTOMERS IN HALLOWEEN COSTUMES,
October 28 and 31, 2006.

The costumes were not as outragious as you would think, but for what it's worth here are the customers I had in the cab who wore costumes on the Saturday night before Halloween and on the actual Halloween night. Many of my customers on those nights were not going to any Halloween event and were not in costume, that's why there is a big gap in the times.
In San Francisco there are lots of house parties and parties at bars and clubs on the Saturday night before Halloween. The only action on Halloween night in San Francisco was the block party on Castro Street.
